1. Who we are

SheenStore (“we”, “us”) is a small studio selling jewellery, candles, artificial-stone décor and resin art through sheenstore.ca. Contact: hello@sheenstore.ca.

2. Placing an order

• An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation.
• We may decline or cancel an order and issue a full refund - for example if a piece is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or a payment fails fraud checks.
• You must provide a correct email address and delivery address. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

3. Prices, payment & taxes

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• Canadian orders are subject to applicable GST/PST/HST, calculated at checkout where required.
• International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged on arrival.

4. Handmade variation

Our pieces are made by hand in small batches. Slight differences in colour, stone pattern, shape, finish or dimensions between pieces - and between the product photograph and your piece - are expected and are not defects. Screen colours also vary between devices.

5. Shipping & risk

Dispatch and delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guarantees. Risk in the parcel passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & Delivery for full details.

6. Returns & refunds

See Returns & Exchanges. In summary: 30 days from delivery, unworn and in original packaging; earrings and custom pieces excluded.

7. Product care & safety

• Candles: never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children, pets, drafts and flammable materials, trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn and stop burning when 10 mm of wax remains.
• Incense holders: use on a heat-resistant surface and never leave burning incense unattended.
• Jewellery: keep away from perfume, lotion, hairspray and water. Not suitable for children under 3 due to small parts.

8. Gift cards & promotions

Gift cards and discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless stated. Promotional terms are given at the time of the offer.

9. Intellectual property

All photography, designs, text and the SheenStore name and monogram on this site belong to us. Please do not reproduce them without written permission.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
