Are your pieces really handmade?
Yes. Every piece is poured, wired, polished or finished by hand in our own studio, in small batches. Because of that, small variations in colour, stone pattern or finish are normal - that is what tells you a person made it.
What are your pieces made from?
Jewellery uses freshwater pearls, glass and stone beads with brass or gold-tone findings. Candles are hand-poured wax with cotton wicks. Resin pieces are hand-cast, demoulded and sanded. Artificial-stone décor is a stone-effect composite. The exact materials are always listed on the product page.
Will the gold-tone finish tarnish?
Gold-tone jewellery will keep its finish far longer if it is kept away from perfume, hairspray, lotions and water. Put jewellery on last, take it off first, and store it in the box it arrived in.
How do I choose a ring or necklace size?
Use our Size Guide - it has ring, bracelet and necklace length charts plus how to measure at home. If you are between sizes, message us before ordering and we will talk it through.
Do you take custom or bridal orders?
We do. Bridal sets, event pieces and small wholesale runs are all possible depending on the season. Email hello@sheenstore.ca with your quantity, date and budget.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are made and dispatched from, usually within 2-4 business days. Canadian delivery takes roughly 3-9 business days after dispatch. Full details are on the Shipping & Delivery page.
How is my order packaged?
In a rigid box with ribbon and a printed care card - ready to give as a gift without rewrapping. If it is a present, tell us at checkout and we will leave the price off.
Can I return something?
Unworn, unused pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Earrings and custom pieces are excluded for hygiene and made-to-order reasons. See Returns & Exchanges for the full policy.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Currently we ship across Canada with international shipping available on request - email us before ordering and we will quote it.
Where else can I buy SheenStore pieces?
On our Etsy shop, SheenGalleryShop, as well as here. Studio collection in can be arranged by request.
