Processing time

Every piece is finished and checked by hand before it ships. Most orders leave the studio within 2-4 business days. Made-to-order and bridal pieces take longer - the product page and your confirmation email will always say so.

Tracking & delivery

• A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.
• Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not from the order date.
• Canada Post and courier delays around holidays are outside our control - order early in December.

Customs, duties & taxes

• Canadian orders: GST/PST is calculated at checkout where applicable.
• International orders: import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Address problems

Entered the wrong address? Email us as quickly as possible at hello@sheenstore.ca. If the parcel has not shipped we will fix it free of charge. If it has already gone out we will do what we can, but we cannot redirect a parcel in transit.

Damage in transit

Everything is boxed to survive the journey, but if something arrives damaged, photograph the piece and the packaging and send it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it - your choice.
